NightForgeCollectors works with selected fulfillment partners who may ship products directly to customers.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the fulfillment location of the product.

Typical estimates are:

• Europe: approximately 5–12 business days

• United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days

• United States & Canada: approximately 7–15 business days

• Rest of the world: approximately 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays or local delivery conditions.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different partners.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.

For damaged products, please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.

We will review the situation with the relevant fulfillment partner and work toward an appropriate solution.
